 Q: Where are you located?
 A: We are headquartered in Garfield, NJ. However, we ship from various locations across the continental United States.

 Q: What is the length of a Steel Barricade? 

 A: The steel barricade panel is 8 feet long and the interlocking mechanisms are 3 inches on each side—totaling 8.5 feet.

 Q: How can I mark my order as tax-exempt?
 A: After entering your payment information, check the box that says "This order is tax-exempt." Then, you must provide your tax exemption certificate within two business days via email (salestax@crowdcontrolwarehouse.com) or fax (800‑279‑6897). Please include your order number in the subject line of your email or the cover letter of your fax.
 Q: What is "freight shipment" and why does my order require this kind of shipping? 
 A: Freight shipment saves you money on shipment of very large orders. If your order qualifies for this kind of shipment, we'll help prepare a shipment quote for you. Find out more about this kind of shipment here.
