An allen key is required for installation and is not included.
What size are the hooks included in this bundle?
The 50 hooks included are 6" hooks. Additional hook sizes - 4", 8", and 10" - are available separately if your product mix requires a different depth.
What size are the shelves included in this bundle?
The 3 shelves included are 49" x 11". A smaller 22" x 11" shelf is also available separately if you need a different configuration.
Where do the sign frame and display bowl attach?
Both the sign frame and display bowl mount to the top of the stanchion posts, not the panel grooves. The panel grooves are designed for hooks, shelves, and wire baskets.
Can I add more panels to this setup later?
Yes. This bundle is designed to work as a standalone single-bay display, but it can be expanded into a continuous run by adding additional panels, stanchions, and collars. Each additional panel in a continuous run shares one stanchion with the adjacent panel, so you only need one additional stanchion and two additional collars per added panel.
Can I rearrange the hooks and shelves after installation?
Yes. All hooks, shelves, and accessories slide into the standard slatwall grooves and can be repositioned at any time without tools. You can update your display layout as often as your product mix or promotions change.
What is the belt length on the stanchion posts?
Each stanchion post includes a 13 ft retractable belt. The posts are compatible with standard belt barrier queue setups.
Is this bundle compatible with my existing stanchion posts?
If your existing posts are 2.5" diameter, the collars in this bundle are compatible and you can purchase just the panel and accessories separately. If you already have posts and only need the panel with collars, we offer a panel-only and panel with collars listing as well.
Where is this product stocked and what is the lead time?
All inventory is stocked at our Pennsylvania warehouse. If an item is out of stock, typical lead time is 45 to 55 days as products are sourced overseas.
Does this work as a continuous run with other panels?
Yes. If you want to connect multiple panels in a continuous run, panels share the middle stanchion between them. For example, two panels connected in a continuous run require 3 stanchions and 6 collars rather than 4 stanchions and 8 collars for two individual setups. Additional bundles and individual components are available separately.
