Bolted Base Installation Instructions:
Recommended Hardware:
Use 1/4" to 3/4" Red Head anchors, wedge anchors, or Tapcon screws.
Installation Steps:

Position the Base:
Place the Flexstake base in the desired location and mark the hole pattern on the surface. -
Drill Holes:
Using a suitable masonry bit, drill four holes in the asphalt or concrete according to the marked pattern. -
Clean Holes:
Remove all dust and debris from the holes using compressed air to ensure proper adhesion. -
Prepare the Base:
Insert the selected anchors or screws into the holes in the Flexstake base. -
Apply Epoxy:
Fill the drilled holes with a construction-grade epoxy suitable for concrete or asphalt surfaces. -
Install the Base:
Slowly press the Flexstake base, with the anchors inserted, into the epoxy-filled holes until fully seated. -
Allow to Cure:
Let the epoxy cure according to the manufacturer’s instructions before applying any load or impact to the stake.
