The Grabber Tube II Traffic Delineator is built from durable, flexible fluorescent polyethylene with UV protection to maintain bright, long-lasting visibility. Recessed channels protect reflective bands from rips and scratches, while the extra-large flange locks securely into a rubber base for stability in traffic control, construction sites, and work zones.
